Sprint Center Now Offers Allergy Friendly Alternatives

The Sprint Center in Kansas City, is now offering alternatives for peple with Celiac Disease and other food allergies. They will start by selling personal sized pizzas made with gluten free crust, nut free and dairy free, available at Oak Street Pizza in the concourse. The concession stand will also offer a selection of gluten free treats such as cookies and brownies.

All gluten free items are made by the chefs at Olivia’s Oven. Olivia’s has built its reputation on avoiding gluten and to avoid any cross contamination, Oak Street will cook the gluten free pizzas in a separate oven. 

April 30 is the first day of the new menu so get ready to enjoy Neil Young – allergy free.
