The Cullinary Institute of America in participation with the National Peanut Board, created an allergy education program for foodservice providers. It is an internet-based educational program that features text, video interviews and recipe ideas. It is a free program designed to help educated foodservice operators meet the specific needs of people with food allergies without necessarily eliminating foods with potential allergens from their menus.
