Bio
Julie is a parent of a son and daughter with several food allergies and a husband who also has food allergies. She lives in Arizona with her family and enjoys all the sunny days the desert has to offer. Her degree was in Speech and Hearing Science. She worked for many years in the audiology field and then decided it was time to have a family. Now as a stay at home mom, her life is very busy with school activities for her daughter and helping her son, who was diagnosed with Autism, be the best little guy he can be. She likes to keep challenging herself in new ways and has started a new passion of competing in local duathalons. She also enjoys reading, stamping, camping and hanging out with her family. Julie recently joined the Allergy Sense team and loves working to provide information to other with food allergies.
