For all of you skeptics out there, the answer appears to be “YES!”. Great news out of Starbucks that they will start to carry a variety of snack products all at 220 calories or less including choices that are gluten free, nut free, egg free, dairy free and more.

How do you read every label? Do you find it overwhelming?
