The Gluten Free Cooking Expo is current looking for volunteers to help out with the event. The event takes place on April 17/18, 2010 at The Wyndham Hotel, 30000 Warrenville Road, Lisle, IL
Due to a scheduling conflict, the Gluten Intolerance Group Meeting planned for tonight night at Rose’s Wheat Free Bakery in Evanston, IL has been postponed until next Wednesday.
This expo will be chalk full of great information and tips for living a gluten free lifestyle. Participate in two full days of cooking classes by professional chefs, nutritionists and cookbook authors. All attendees will receive a special giftbag consisting of gluten free products, literature and offers!
